i wish usopp would use dials more later in the series it fits him really well and would finally make him useful against non fodder opponents, sad that he barely uses them afterwards. And when he did, not even against his enemies lol

for example he could power his slingshot with impact dials or something. It would make perfect sense for him as a sniper since a slingshot can only shoot so far
